But how exactly is the configuration done? First of all, you choose the piece of furniture that is to embellish your living space. Think about which external dimensions will look best in your room. These are the first things you specify. Once this is done, tell us how many compartments you need and in what size. Now you have various other options. Among other things, you can design handles and doors according to your individual ideas. Our furniture is equipped with the popular Soft Close function as standard. However, you can just as easily use handles for your doors and compartments. After you have adjusted the material and plinth, you can use one of our many additional options. A strip with mounting holes, a skirting board recess or a customised back panel are just a few of our additional options. The feet are very important for the appearance of your new piece of furniture. Here we offer you six different options. You can order both wooden and metal feet in different heights. If you like it more flexible, you can also equip your piece of furniture with castors. This way it is no problem to move it from A to B.

Our tables should not go unmentioned: we offer them in ten different types of wood. Here, too, you have the option of giving us an individual length for your table. Do you want a new coffee table, a dining room table or a desk? We offer you numerous table variants; even extendable tables are part of our product range. By the way: our tables all have city names like Helsinki or Amsterdam. The Helsinki coffee table, for example, is designed in the Scandinavian style and fits perfectly into the minimalist style of living. We offer a total of 33 table models. If you would like to configure your dream table yourself, you have more than a million options to choose from thanks to a wide variety of options. Among other things, you can choose the surface of your table: For a dining table, we recommend the lacquered surface because it is easier to clean. For coffee tables, on the other hand, an oiled surface looks more appealing.

Our made-to-measure furniture service also makes sense for wardrobes of all kinds. Commercially available cabinets rarely have the optimal layout; this is especially true for wardrobes. With us, you have the option of having your custom-made wardrobes fitted with as many compartments as you need in terms of storage space. Do you only have a little space available in your bedroom? Then we also offer you wardrobes with sloping ceilings. The interior design also leaves nothing to be desired. You can equip your wardrobe with clothes lifts and trouser racks as well as with various drawers.

How long does delivery take?
Each item is made individually according to the customer's wishes. So plan on a delivery time of between eight and twelve weeks. The exact delivery time is indicated during configuration. Within Great Britain we deliver free of charge. Complete assembly instructions for all furniture are also available in the download area. If you have special requests, the delivery time may be delayed by a further two to four weeks. So be sure to plan for this.

Which wood is used for the furniture?
Pickawood Europe wants to have the right offer for every customer. For this reason, furniture made of affordable MDF is offered as well as furniture made of solid wood. Here you are spoilt for choice and can select from countless types of wood such as pine, beech, birch, ash, oak or maple.

Are wood samples available?
Pickawood Europe only uses high-quality wood from sustainable forests. We will be happy to send you a wood sample on request.

What are the maximum dimensions of my piece of furniture?
We offer wardrobes and shelving units up to a maximum width of six metres and a maximum height of up to three metres. We are also happy to make oversized furniture for you: Just contact our furniture consultants.
