Thank you for your order. Here you will find frequently asked questions about your order. If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help you personally. If you want to make subsequent changes to your order, please contact our service team (e-mail: [email protected] or telephone: 0330 808 4870). We will immediately check whether the changes can still be taken into account and, if necessary, apply the changes. You will then receive confirmation of the changes. Please note that a fee may be charged depending on the requested changes.

Delivery & Shipping

1. Will my furniture be delivered in one piece?

Your furniture is delivered securely packed and disassembled into individual parts. For technical reasons, delivery in one piece is not possible. However, each order contains simple assembly instructions. You are also welcome to book an assembly service at a later date.

2. Where is my order?

We will inform you about the current status of your order by e-mail. Or you can check the order status on our website.

3. Can I change the delivery address?

No problem, just send us your new delivery address by e-mail.

Assembly

1. In which order should I assemble my piece of furniture?

The packages in your order are numbered. Please assemble the furniture according to the numbering and start with the first package. Assemble from left to right.

2. Why are the compartments of my furniture not at the same height?

If the compartments are not at the same height, it is possible that the stringers have been twisted. Please check the gap dimensions as well as the arrangement of the compartments.

Order delivery

On delivery, please look out for any damage that may have occurred during transport and preferably note this directly in the letter of receipt. Damage that is not recorded and that may have been recognisable upon receipt cannot be enforced against the forwarding agent.

Your order is damaged or incomplete?
We are very sorry! So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please submit the claim via this page. Please include your order number and a brief description of the defect in the form. Ideally, you should already attach detailed pictures to your complaint. An employee will contact you within five working days.
