The range from Pickawood UK extends from simple bedroom chests of drawers to customised built-in chests of drawers for walk-in dressing rooms. Use the online configurator to choose whether your chest of drawers should be designed as a floating wall chest of drawers with a wall bracket or as a free-standing room divider with a plinth on both sides.
The configurator offers you the option of combining closed storage space with drawers or doors to protect your items from dust and light. Open compartments can also be added to display decorative elements. You can plan each compartment in different sizes to keep clothes, accessories or other personal items organised and easily accessible. Additional details such as soft-close drawers, plinths, skirting board cut-outs and back panels ensure stability and convenience in everyday use.
Our chests of drawers also offer a stable surface that can be used as a shelf for decorations, lamps or personal items. If you have special requirements, such as customised compartments or additional stability for heavy items, our in-house carpenters are available to create custom designs and special constructions.

In addition to the Push-to-Open option with which our doors and drawers can be opened as standard, we currently offer five handles in different colours. If you include handles in your chest of drawers then the hinges will have a soft-close function so that the doors close slowly.
In most cases, chests of drawers are found in the hallway as a hallway chest of drawers or in the bedroom as a small bedroom wardrobe. Often a chest of drawers is a variation of a sideboard with doors or drawers. However, a chest of drawers can also simply be a small cupboard.
We offer an assembly service in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You can select this directly in the shopping basket when ordering. Alternatively, you can of course assemble the piece of furniture yourself; corresponding assembly instructions are enclosed with every delivery.
The most frequently ordered colour at Pickawood UK is white. This is followed by chests of drawers made of oak, beech and other types of solid wood. Black chests of drawers and chests of drawers made of multiplex are also becoming increasingly popular.
If you have a suitable storage location available for the chest of drawers, you can indicate this at the time of delivery. As you will be called by our forwarding agent before the delivery, you can ideally arrange a time when you can be on site.
Of course, this is not a problem. You just need to measure the niche carefully. Chests of drawers can usually be moved easily. This allows you to set up the furniture in front of the niche and then carefully slide it into the niche. Since walls might not be completely straight, we recommend planning a small safety buffer.
Of course, we are also there for you after the purchase. Our manufacturing companies bring the custom-made sideboard very securely packed to you on its way. Unfortunately, transport damage can never be completely ruled out. If you notice any such damage, you can contact us. The after-sales team will find an adequate solution for you as quickly as possible.
