Pickawood UK manufactures each sideboard individually and to the centimetre according to your wishes. Our range extends from simple chests of drawers and TV lowboards to expansive wall units. Customise your sideboard, TV unit or wall-mounted sideboard to create a unique piece of furniture - choose individual feet, handles and many other details that perfectly match your style.
In the configurator, you can specify whether your sideboard should be designed as a wall-mounted sideboard with a wall bracket or as a free-standing room divider with a plinth on both sides. Equip it with doors, drawers or open compartments to perfectly customise not only the function but also the look to your needs. Closed compartments are ideal for tidily storing items and protecting them from dust and light, while open compartments showcase decorative elements. Cable ducts for TV and media technology can also be integrated to keep everything neatly stowed away. The stable surface is also ideal for stylishly placing decorations or technical equipment such as televisions.
You can also choose details such as plinths, skirting board cut-outs and back panels that improve both the appearance and stability. Our sideboards not only provide practical storage space, but also serve as an aesthetic storage surface for decorations or electronics. If you have any special requests or requirements, our in-house carpenters are on hand to realise customised solutions and special designs.
Create your custom sideboard
Determine the exact dimensions of your sideboard. Select the width to the centimetre between 30 cm and 600 cm, the height between 30 cm and 300 cm and the depth between 15 cm and 60 cm. Your sideboard will fit perfectly into any niche or become a prominent piece of furniture in the room.
Decide on the material that best suits your style. You can choose from high-quality solid wood, multiplex, decors, MDF and veneer. Each material offers a unique look and feel, from natural warmth to modern elegance.
Choose the number of columns and the height of the compartments to optimise the layout of the storage space. Plan the sideboard so that it fulfils your requirements - whether as a spacious TV unit with open compartments for technology or as a classic sideboard with a well thought-out compartment layout.
Equip your sideboard with doors and drawers as required. Choose between glass doors, hinged doors or flap doors to combine both closed storage space and an appealing look. Drawers provide additional organisation and are ideal for smaller items or electronic accessories.

With our configurator, you can determine the height, width and depth yourself, freely select the layout with columns and compartments and choose from numerous materials and colours. In our configurator you can choose a width of 30 - 300cm and a height of 30 - 200 cm. If this range is not sufficient for you, please contact our interior design consultants.
Basically, Pickawood UK offers a 3D configurator with which you can design furniture such as hallway chests, wall sideboards or drawer cabinets. To make your search for the right piece of furniture even easier, our interior design consultants have already developed ready-made designs that you can order directly or customise further.
If you do not have any preferences regarding the material, we recommend that you match the wood to the materials of your other furniture. You should also make sure that the material of your sideboard matches your floor. We currently offer 6 different materials, 11 types of solid wood and numerous oilings, coatings and lacquers from which you can choose.
In addition to numerous leg and plinth variants, Pickawood UK offers you castors for sideboards from a depth of 40 cm in the configurator.
That is possible. You can remove the feet or the plinth in step 4 "Adapt feet or plinth". For larger sideboards, we advise you to plan at least one plinth.
We offer lifts for various types of TV furniture. Unfortunately, this request cannot be selected in the configurator. Please contact our furnishing consultants for the planning of a TV lift.
Of course you can store your TV equipment on and in the sideboard. On request, we offer to integrate cable outlets into the piece of furniture. This allows you to have perfect cable management.
If you would like to plan a wardrobe with clothes rails, we recommend our made-to-measure wardrobes. If these are not suitable for you due to the choice of materials, please contact our interior design consultants.
You can plan various door types in our configurator. These include both glass and mirrored doors, but flap doors and drawers can also be planned.
We will be happy to design corner shelves and sideboards for you. Contact our furnishing consultants with your ideas and we will take care of the implementation.
We would be happy to make a wall-mounted sideboard for you. In the last step of the configurator, you will find the option wall mount in the additional options. If you activate this, the previously selected foot or base will be removed. Please check whether your wall is sufficiently stable. If you have any further questions, please feel free to send us a message.
You can decorate the top of your piece of furniture with vases, plants, pictures and other decorative elements. This gives you the opportunity to set colourful accents. You can also use the decoration to pick up the colours of your carpet, your curtains or your wall colour, for example. Make sure to combine decorative items of different heights so that each individual element is shown off to its best advantage.
For production, we rely on experienced manufacturers with modern production facilities distributed in Germany, Poland & the Czech Republic.
Assembly instructions are enclosed with your order. If these are missing, you can download the appropriate instructions from this page. Since sideboards are usually not that big, the assembly is quite easy. You can also opt for our assembly service after ordering, which will assemble your custom-made sideboard for you. Simply send us a short message with your order number and the request for an assembly service. Our team will send you a quote immediately.
You will find the delivery time in the configurator as well as in the shopping cart. This refers to your respective configuration and is based on the material and piece of furniture you have selected.
