Custom hanging sideboards

The wall should be straight and solidly built (stone or concrete). The holes for the wall brackets must be drilled as straight as possible, which makes it much easier to hang them in later.

If you do not want to install the wall mount yourself, we offer an installation service. You can select this directly in the shopping basket and add it to your order.

In principle, back panels can be selected at Pickawood UK, but these cannot be combined with a wall mounting.

Various metal frames, feet or plinth versions are available, but if you choose a wall suspension you must plan your sideboard without a plinth.

Often our hanging sideboards are placed in the living room or hallway, as they fit perfectly into the room. In the living room, the TV is often placed on or above the sideboard; in the hallway, vases or lamps are usually decorated on it.

There is little difference between a custom-made hanging shelf and a hanging sideboard. Basically, the only difference is the use of the piece of furniture; shelves are more often used for books or for storage with more storage space, and sideboards have more of a decorative background and require less storage space.

In case you want to place music speakers on the sideboard or mount the home TV on the wall above the hanging sideboard, we can plan cable outlets for you. You can specify where the outlets should be placed in the special request field in the shopping basket.

This is no problem with custom furniture from Pickawood UK. Simply select the desired solid wood of the carcase and for doors and fronts you can then look at the respective colour combinations. Different solid woods for your sideboard can also be combined with each other. Individual fronts can also be colour-matched. In this way, you are guaranteed to receive your unique custom-made piece.

Then simply order up to four wood samples to take home free of charge. This way you can compare the materials with the existing furnishings at your leisure.

Our wall mounting is integrated into the vertical sideboards of the sideboard and has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 60 kg per sideboard. The total load-bearing capacity is therefore calculated from the number of all sideboards * 60 kg. The load capacity refers to the maximum load of the item weight plus decoration or similar. Please note that for particularly high pieces of furniture with doors, the product weight can already take up a large part of the load capacity.
